Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. S.E.E.K. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.

Return Policy
Unopened merchandise, books, artworks, and artifacts may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened merchandise, books, artworks, and artifacts may be returned within 7 days of delivery as long as items are in the same condition as received from S.E.E.K. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Courses, memberships, subscriptions, and access to private content are nonrefundable, and purchasers will retain access to such content until the next billing cycle when the subscription, membership, or access is terminated.
International
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees. S.E.E.K. complies with U.S. export laws, and some products may not be shipped to certain countries.
Sales Tax
S.E.E.K. collects sales tax in all states where it is required by law. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout and remitted to the appropriate authorities.
